This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from third parties (no external fonts, scripts, videos or maps). When you visit it, only the hosting provider GitHub processes technically necessary data. The apps of kleinod.studio, such as Typecase, collect no data and do not connect to the internet.

This website is provided via GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation).
When you visit the website, GitHub automatically processes data that your browser transmits and that is technically required to deliver the site, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the referrer and information about your browser and operating system. According to GitHub, this data is used to provide and secure the service (for example to fend off attacks) and is stored in server log files. I have no access to these log files and do not analyze visitor data.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in providing this website securely and reliably.

Files offered for download on this website (such as the Claude skill) are also delivered via GitHub Pages; the information on hosting applies. The program files (Flatpak) and the source code are hosted on github.com and are retrieved from there when you download them. When you visit or download from github.com, GitHub's privacy policy applies.

If you send me an email, I process your details (email address, name, content of the message) in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in answering your request. I delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

The apps of kleinod.studio process your texts and settings exclusively locally on your device. They contain no telemetry, no advertising and no trackers, and they do not connect to any server. I receive no data from the use of the apps.
